Tailor sets one cookie with a random ID so it can count your free CVs and remember your subscription. We keep that ID, a daily usage count per IP address (to limit abuse), and, if you subscribe, your Stripe customer ID and email. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
To tailor your CV, the CV text and the job posting are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. The original CV text and the tailored result are stored on our server so you can reopen, download and reuse them, and are deleted automatically after 30 days, or immediately when you press "Delete this CV" on the result page. Anyone with a result's link can open it, so share it only with people you choose. Uploaded files are read in memory and not stored. Nothing is sold or shared otherwise.
To have your subscriber data deleted, reply to your Stripe receipt email.
